Digital agency Jellyfish has announced the acquisition of The ASO Co, an app store optimisation agency.
The ASO Co optimises apps’ search visibility and conversion rates by maximising keywords, reviews and other assets. The agency counts eBay, Spotify and Twitter amongst its clients.
Jellyfish has acquired 75% of the business with an agreement to acquire the remaining 25% at the end of a 21-month period.
The acquisition will enable Jellyfish to add app store optimisation to its current client offering, and allows the two agencies to combine resources to facilitate their growth.
