Kinetic appoints UK head of digital

Out of home media agency Kinetic has appointed Carolyn Nugent as its UK head of digital.

The move follows the appointment of Dennis Kuperus earlier this month to digital director EMEA and is part of a wider strategic push into this channel.

Reporting to James Copley UK MD, Nugent will work with Kuperus to develop Kinetic’s existing digital strategy across the UK.

James Copley, Kinetic UK MD, said: “I am delighted that Carolyn is re-joining the team to work with Dennis on what is becoming a really important area of the business.

“Digital out of home is driving flexibility and change across outdoor media and Carolyn will be integrating new technologies into our Pathway planning services across the EMEA region.”

Nugent’s outdoor career began in 1995 at Poster Publicity where she was responsible for a range of agencies and clients such as Starcom MediaVest and the BBC. Following the launch of Kinetic, she became strategic planning director and played a key role in securing the Unilever account. Since 2007, she has worked for Kinetic on a consultative basis.
