Louise Twycross-Lewis joins PHD UK

PHD UK has hired Louise Twycross-Lewis as head of insight within Discovery, the agency’s specialist data, insight and marketing science team.

Twycross-Lewis joins the Omnicom Media Group agency from Wavemaker, where she was most recently head of quantitative research. She has over 20 years’ media research experience in total, including stints at IPC Media (now Time Inc), Mirror Group Newspapers and Granada.

In her new role, Twycross-Lewis will be responsible for designing new insight services and providing insights for the agency’s strategic planning.

“PHD’s culture and ethos of challenger-thinking has consumer and market understanding at the very heart of everything it does,” Twycross-Lewis said.

“I am incredibly excited to play a part in developing PHD’s insight offering and drive innovation for our clients”.

She will report into PHD UK’s head of discovery, Jeremy Pounder, who added: “We’re delighted that someone of Louise’s outstanding calibre and experience has joined us to lead our Insight offering.

“Her reputation in the industry is second to none and she’s the perfect fit for PHD’s challenger ethos.”
