Agency m/SIX has promoted its global CEO to global executive chair and its EMEA CEO to global CEO.
Jess Burley, global CEO of m/SIX will take on the role of executive chair for m/SIX on a global level.
Burley is also a global exco committee member at WPP agency Mindshare.
Jack Swayne was previously EMEA CEO for m/SIX and will now succeed Burley as global CEO and join her as a global board member leading the day-to-day running of m/SIX.
Swayne joined m/SIX in 2019 and prior to that worked at iProspect for more than six years and Dentsu stablemate Vizeum for seven years.
These leadership changes come as m/SIX reported it has increased its total billings by 31% in the last 20 months.
The company attributes this growth to winning new clients and pre-existing clients like Electronic Arts, Toyota/Lexus and Fossil who have “emerged stronger from the pandemic”.
New global clients include Discovery, Jabra and CBRE, while new EMEA clients were named as Whirlpool, Ocado and National Express.
m/SIX also added PUMA in APAC and Plenity in North America to its client roster.
The agency is a joint venture between The&Partnership and GroupM, backed by WPP.
