MS&M Forms Separate Board

Media Sales and Marketing announced yesterday that it was forming a separate management board, giving it more autonomy from its parent Capital Radio. With immediate effect the company will be managed by three Executive Directors Paul Davies, Managing Director; Andrew Oldham, Sales Director and Linda Smith, Marketing Director.

David Mansfield, Group Commercial Director of Capital Radio said that the aim of the move was to give the company a more formalised structure, to build on its increase in revenue and station representation, which has increased by seven this year.
