New Grampian Rate Card

TVMM (071 486 4311) has issued a new rate card for Grampian Television, with effect from 1 January 1991. The spot rate structure for both ITV and Channel 4 has been simplified, with rate levels being reduced and time segments for ITV being cut from 6 to 3. RoW and RoC rate have been introduced for ITV, and a 25 TVRs package replaces the old 30 TVRs package (the number of audiences has also been cut). In addition, three guaranteed Cost Per Thousand Packages have been introduced, offering 250 and 500 Housewife TVRs, 200 and 350 Adult TVRs, and 200 and 350 Men TVRs. The number of rate levels for Channel 4 has also been cut, from 12 to 7:
