New Look For Country Homes & Interiors Magazine

Country Homes & Interiors Cover Country Homes & Interiors is introducing a new look intended to boost its upmarket feel.

Giving more focus to a relaxed country lifestyle, the magazine also has a new logo and refreshed fonts. Features have also been give bigger photographs.

Other key developments in the new look include:

  • More pages dedicated to decorating, ideas, trends and news
  • More shopping pages, with a fresh, contemporary layout
  • More aspirational classic and contemporary country houses – from pared-down cottages to modern barn conversions
  • More food and lifestyle
  • New eco and pet pages

Publisher Belinda Cooper said: “Country Homes & Interiors has been performing brilliantly since its 2006 redesign.

“These further changes in 2008 will mean the title absolutely reflects its upmarket readers and will help us achieve our goal to own classic and contemporary country on the newsstand.”

The last ABCs saw the magazine boost its circulation by 5.7% year on year, taking its total to 87,056 copies (see ABC Results Jan-Jun 2008:In-Store Mags Take Top Two Spots In Home Interest Sector).

The new look launches in the December issue, on sale from 30 October. The issue is bagged with a free calendar sponsored by Laura Ashley.
