Nokia Launches New Mobile TV Channel

Nokia is set to launch a new entertainment and lifestyle TV channel to promote its new N96 handset.

The mobile TV channel, Capsule N96, will launch next month with downloads available from www.nokia.co.uk/n96.

Nokia has hired Channel Five’s Fifth Gear presenter Jonny Smith and fashion guru Wayne Hemingway to feature on Capsule N96 programmes.

Simon Ainslie Nokia UK’s managing director, said: “Watching great content is no longer inherently linked to your living room.”

He added: “Great devices like Nokia N96 allow you to decided what content and when so the opportunities are endless on where to watch new shows and old favourites alike.”
