Pearson, Reed and Wolters Kluwer Likely Bidders For Vivendi Mags Business
Pearson, Reed-Elsevier and Wolters Kluwer are thought to be likely bidders for the professional and free magazines business of Vivendi Universal, according to a report in French newspaper La Tribune.
The paper claims that the sale of this division is the most likely divestment by Vivendi Universal to finance its acquisition of Houghton Mifflin.
