Tesco is launching three paid-for consumer magazines, which will be available in the supermarket’s stores across the UK.
The titles will be called Food, Home, and Your TV Week.
Two A4 glossy magazines, Food and Home, will be launched at the end of September. The coverprice for both titles is £1.99 each, and target circulation is 50,000.
Food is understood to be edited by Gillian Rowe, former editor of the Daily Mail Weekend magazine. Home is expected to be edited by Melanie Whitehouse, former editor of At Home.
The third magazine is a TV listings guide called Your TV Week. This is expected to launch in December, at a coverprice of 45p.
Tesco currently publishes two free titles with Cedar Communications, Tesco Magazine and Real Food. The new magazines will be published by CatMags Communications.
