Titan Outdoor has restructured the management for Maiden Outdoor, promoting the current managing director, David Pugh to chief executive.
Alison Reay, former UK commercial director for Yahoo! and Andy Moug, former Viacom Outdoor sales director, have been appointed as joint managing directors for Maiden.
Philip Miles, Maiden’s national sales director, and regional sales director, Richard Blackburn will retain their positions.
Titan Holdings bought outdoor Maiden for just under £50 million earlier this month, with the outdoor advertising company believed to be around £39 million in debt (see Titan Scoops CIE Account From Hopeful Viacom Outdoor).
The deals puts an end to industry speculation that Maiden would be unable to find a suitable buyer, after the company was forced to sell following a breach in the company’s banking agreements (see Maiden Facing Problems Finding Buyer).
