Televisions

Following months of positive figures Channel 5 saw a -21.1% decline in network revenue in February, while Channel 4 enjoyed a 20% increase.

Channel 4 had a minor drop compared to February 2011, with popular shows such as Big Fat Gypsy Weddings and One Born Every Minute leading its schedule. Channel 4 was the best performing channel amongst our Network Revenue analysis for February, down by only 1.6%.

Elsewhere, ITV1 was down -7.4% and ITV Breakfast was down -4.2% YoY. Overall, Total Terrestrial (including ITV Breakfast) was down -1.4% YoY, while Total Satellite was up 21.2%.
