ITV/C4 impacts were down by quite small margins across the board in November. Women dropped the most year on year, with a fall of 5.2% while Housewives/Children dropped almost 5% to 5,694. While Adult impacts were down 4.5%, ABC1 Adults showed the smallest drop with a fall of 1.6%. C5 impacts for Adults stood at 2,719 while for ABC1 Adults it was 946.

ITV will be disappointed that its viewing share for November showed a bigger year on year drop than BBC1, though it still retains a slim grip on its claim to be “Britain’s favourite button”. For November its share stood at 31.9% (down 3.2% points) compared to BBC1’s 30.6% (down 2.2% points). Once again Cable and Satellite channels showed the fastest growth, up 1.7% points to 12.1%.
