TVS Battle Continues

Preference shareholders at TVS are still standing firm in their opposition to the proposed takeover by Inter- national Family Entertainment. At a meeting yesterday 69.1% of ordinary shareholders voted yes for the deal to go ahead, with only 12.7% of preference holders favouring its instigation. They are now holding out for a better offer from the US company.
