Publisher of UK Press Gazette and Magazine Week, Bouverie Publishing (071-583 6463), has been bought by Canadian based Maclean Hunter (081-975 9759). Magazine Week will now become a section within UK Press Gazette, which itself becomes part of the British Rate and Data Group (BRAD). Managing Director of Maclean Hunter Gerald Brigg said that the title will be developed further following the recent redesign, and confirmed that no jobs will be lost as a result of the takeover.
