Company secretary of United Newspapers, John Burns, confirmed to MediaTel this morning that the group has taken over 10 Northern & Shell titles in a deal which will settle the recent distribution dispute between the two companies. The magazines include six music titles – Guitar, Rock CD, Soul CD, Hit CD, Metal CD and CD Classics as well as Green Magazine, Car Price Guide, Mountain Biker and Performance Cyclist.
