Wavemaker UK hires new managing director from GroupM

Wavemaker has appointed Candice Odhams as its new managing director, replacing Anna Hickey, who was promoted to COO in April.

Odhams joins from GroupM, where she has worked as managing director, global client solutions at the Performance Media Group since January. Prior to this she was VP, global client strategy at GroupM’s programmatic arm, Xaxis.

Upon joining Wavemaker’s London office on 5 November, Odhams will be responsible for leading and supporting the agency’s clients through digital and data transformation
