European retail giant Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has launched its own in-house media, brand partnerships and data solutions agency.
The owner of Westfield shopping centres said Westfield Rise will be a “one-stop shop” for both brands and media buyers to create and measure campaigns across the URW platform.
This will include a network of 1,700 digital billboards, 170 brand experience locations (such as the Wimbledon Experience this year in Shepherd’s Bush; pictured, main image), and a range of online advertising formats.
It is being promoted as a fully GDPR-compliant platform that can leverage audience data from 550 million yearly visits in Europe, and 40 million online consumers.
Candice Mayer-Gillet will be managing director of Westfield Rise and has previously worked across the URW business in leasing, operating management and retail media.
