Nintendo has confirmed that online video streaming site YouTube will be coming to the 3DS by the end of the month.
During a presentation, the company’s Nintendo of Europe president, Satoru Shibata, said that all Nintendo 3DS users who are connected to the internet will be able to watch videos on their devices, as well as having the ability to search for content on the bottom screen while watching a different video on the top screen.
Shibata also confirmed that the Nintendo Wii U device will be getting an update to improve functionality that will “greatly improve the interface”, explaining that users will be able to view videos on the Wii U gamepad or search for contents on the gamepad while watching a different video on their TV screen.
