TV market round-up: November 2013

The latest TV market round-up shows that all commercial television channels were up in revenue year on year, with the exception of Channel 4.

While Channel 4 was down -1.8%, Channel 5 reported a 13.8% revenue increase, taking it past the £33 million mark.

ITV continued to lead the way in November as the broadcaster recorded a 7.3% increase, totalling a yearly revenue over £143 million.

Total Terrestrial, including ITV Breakfast – which was up 6.8% alone – saw a healthy 5.9% increase in revenue, taking it to almost £238 million in November.

A significant 20.8% rise took Total Satellite to revenue over £164 million.
