Will MacLachlan joins Fetch as business development director

Mobile agency Fetch has announced that Will MacLachlan has been hired as its business development director as the company continues to grow its senior team. The move follows the appointment of Greg Grimmer in March as the company’s chief operating officer.

MacLachlan, who joins Fetch from mobile technology agency Red Ant, has previously worked with clients including eBay, Skype and Groupon.

Prior to this, MacLachlan worked at mobile creative agency Sponge where he was responsible for new business. He also held the position of client services director at mobile advertising company [a.mo.bee] and earlier on in his career spent five years at Yahoo in various commercial management roles.

“As we expand, Will is a fundamental hire for us, bringing a wealth of mobile experience and proven success in new business,” said James Connelly, founder and CEO of Fetch. “His ambitions and aspirations match ours perfectly.”

Commenting on his new role, MacLachlan added: “I instantly clicked with Fetch as an agency. They’re mobile experts but not content with simply doing what everyone is doing, they work to push the boundaries and I look forward to taking the Fetch offering out to market.”
