The Mediatel event, taking place over two days in April in London, is the media strategy event for marketers at the world’s leading brands.

In his most latest venture, Oleh was backed by Hollywood star Idris Elba who came on board as an as an executive producer for Oleh’s short thriller Edicius, stating “Uzo is a director who is one to watch.”

At The Future Of Brands, Oleh will sit down with Mediatel’s Steven Scaffardi to discuss the work he is most proud of, how he works with brands, and the advice he would give to any advertiser who are trying to create the perfect advertisement for their brand.

Scaffardi said: “Uzo is a brilliant addition to the speaker line-up that already includes some incredible speakers from the world of advertising.

“His experience and portfolio of work speaks for itself, and his latest crossover into the world of film shows just how much of a talent he is. We are very lucky to have him, because I believe in the next year or two, Uzo is going to blow-up and become one of the most prominent filmmakers in the UK.”

Oleh joins a stellar line-up of speakers including Fiona Tomlin (CMO Snacks & Nutrition, UK&I at PepsiCo), Sebastian Munden (EVP & GM UK, Unilever), Nick Ashley (Head of Media, Tesco), Sarah Mayall, (Head of Brand, HSBC), Aisha Jakhura (Head of Brand, Asda), Bhavesh Patel (Head of Media, UK & Europe, Sky), Olya Dyachuk (Media Director, Heineken), Giana Eckhardt (Marketing Professor, King’s College London), and more.
