HomeChoice Boosts TV Line-Up With Sci Fi Channel

HomeChoice Set-top Box TV and broadband provider HomeChoice has announced the addition of the Sci Fi channel to its TV line-up, building on its service which was last extended just two months ago.

The new addition follows HomeChoice’s signing of several high profile channels including ABC 1 and Hallmark in September (see HomeChoice Debuts New Packages And Branding).

Sci Fi will join HomeChoice’s Big Pack from 14th November, showing cinematic hits, British TV premiere series and several special events. The channel airs fantasy, science fiction, horror and paranormal programmes.

Commenting on the new addition, Jonathan Sykes, managing director for content strategy at HomeChoice said: “We’re delighted to be offering the Sci Fi channel’s thrilling mix of blockbuster films and big name programming to our customers for the first time. The channel will sit alongside HomeChoice’s already excellent line-up of broadcast, own branded and general video on-demand channels, extending the breadth and range of content even further.”

Nick Betts, managing director of the Sci Fi channel, added: “We’re hugely excited to be joining HomeChoice’s portfolio of channels. This significant agreement extends our reach onto a flourishing new platform and makes Sci Fi and its programming available to even more people.”
