Google Could Buy YouTube

Rumours said to be 40% accurate are circulating on the internet and in the Wall Street Journal that Google may be in talks to acquire video-sharing website YouTube.

Talks are said to be in the early stages and that a price tag of $1.6 billion has been reported. It is also stated that YouTube has had informal talks with a number of companies about acquisition.
