Titan Outdoor Trials Digital Screens

Titan Outdoor Titan Outdoor is trialling new six-sheet digital screens ahead of a launch across its rail networks.

The multimillion pound investment has already seen Metropolitan Police ads on the 65 inch digital screens at Victoria Station, with more advertisers to follow over the coming months.

It is understood that the trial is just one of many that Titan are planning as it looks to build on its Transvision screens at Network Rail Stations.

Earlier this year, Titan signed a three year extension to its previous contract with Network Rail, giving the company control of outdoor advertising in rail stations across London and other large UK cities for the next decade (see Titan Outdoor Extends Network Rail Partnership).

Last week, CBS Outdoor announced that it would begin testing its new cross-track projection (XTP) digital advertising screens in London (see NewsLine).

The new technology allows moving messages to be digitally projected onto the wall opposite the platforms in HD (see Viacom Tube Contract To Lead Digital Ad Revolution).
