Magic 105.4 Launches New Ad Featuring Listeners’ Photos

Magic 105.4 Logo Following on from Magic 105.4’s user-generated content (UGC) ‘Magic Good Mood Film’ TV advert, the station is launching a new ad using photos of the station’s listeners.

Airing from September 7 to the end of October 2008, the new 30-second advert taps into the massive response by listeners to upload personal photos that make them smile to Magic’s website.

The latest favourite shots submitted by the listeners have been chosen and turned into the visual for Magic’s new TV ad and is a new instalment in the ongoing series of adverts.

Created by St. Luke’s, the music track for the new advert will be ‘I Want to Know What Love Is’ by Foreigner.

The new advert will air on terrestrial stations as well as digital channels ITV2, Living, E4 and Magic TV.

Sarah Hyatt-Williams, Magic 105.4 head of marketing, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the continuing response from our loyal listeners to submit pictures of their happy moments so it was only right that we honour them with another advert and share these great pictures.

“This TV campaign has been a fantastic example of the station interacting with our audience successfully and creating a compelling campaign that harnesses the good mood their pictures and our music creates.”
