Johnny And Denise Together Again
GCap Media’s Capital 95.8 has confirmed that Denise Van Outen will be joining The Capital Breakfast Show with Johnny Vaughan from Monday February 4.
Capital 95.8 managing director, Paul Jackson said: “Johnny and I have been talking about this for a while.
“Everyone knows they have great chemistry together and they will undoubtedly create the best breakfast for London.”
Van Outen said: “I’m really excited to be joining the breakfast show at Capital.
“It’s going to be fantastic to work with Johnny again and undoubtedly great fun. I can’t wait to get started!”
The latest RAJAR figures, for the third quarter of 2007, show that Capital 95.8 was second in London at breakfast time, with a weekly reach of 880,000 having bolstered its listeners by almost 12.5% year on year (see Magic 105.4 Is London’s Top Breakfast Listen).
It was just behind Magic 105.4, which following a year on year rise in weekly reach of 22% had a listener base of 885,000.
