MRG Question Time To Focus On Changing Media Landscape

MRG Logo At a time when media research bodies NRS, BARB and RAJAR are all examining their methodologies with a view to modernisation, the MRG will play host to some of the biggest names in the field, with a special Question Time event held in association with MediaTel Group.

Due to be held on 22 March at Browns Court Rooms, the event will see a panel comprised of Mike Baker, European marketing director at Viacom Outdoor; Sue Elms, managing director at Carat Insight; David Fletcher, head of Medialab at Mediaedge:CIA; Manfred Mareck at Research Marketing Ltd, and Nick North, director at GfK NOP.

Amongst other topics, the panel will discuss the future of media measurement in Britain, with the NRS’ intention to take its survey online, RAJAR’s continuing audiometer trials and the results of BARB’s Future into View consultation all likely talking points.

Chaired by the BBC’s media correspondent, Torin Douglas, the event will see questions posed by the audience debated by the panel, in the style of the popular BBC current affairs show.
