Online ABCs: Evening Standard traffic down -15% in July
The Evening Standard’s web traffic declined -15% in July to 845,300, according to the latest ABC results, while Metro was down -9.4% to 2.4 million.
Trinity Mirror’s digital and national portfolios also reported period declines, down -3.3% and -7.2%, respectively; however, Trinity’s regional portfolio was up by a small 0.8% to a little under 5 million.
Meanwhile, express.co.uk enjoyed an 8.2% boost, taking average daily browsers to almost 2.3 million, while a 6.1% increase saw an extra 55,300 people visited dailystar.co.uk.
Elsewhere, the Sun was down -4.2%, MailOnline down -2.5% and the Independent down -0.3%.
