Commercial terrestrial television channels broadly continue to enjoy a strong performance as the year progresses, with total terrestrial revenue up 10.5% year on year (YoY).
With a similar picture to earlier 2013 results, it was only Channel 4 that saw a YoY decrease in revenue, down -0.1% – though much slighter than January’s -17.3% drop.
Despite the percentage decrease, Channel 4 still saw revenues well over £50 million.
Channel 5 saw the greatest YoY percentage growth, up 33.4% to reach total revenue just short of £28 million.
ITV remained at the top of the table with a total revenue of just under £121.5 million after seeing a healthy 10.8% YoY change.
Total Satellite revenue results were down compared to January’s 15.9% YoY growth, however it still saw an increase of 9.9% and brought in an overall revenue of £145.4 million.
