TV market round-up: March 2019

March this year was a bleak month for TV revenues, with ITV, Channel 4 and ITV Breakfast all seeing their total revenues fall year-on-year, according to agency estimates.

Channel 4 saw its total revenues tumble -15.9% compared to this time last year, totalling just under £47m, while ITV saw revenues drop -14.6% to £108.6m.

Meanwhile, ITV Breakfast’s total revenues dropped -16% from £5.1m to £4.2m.

Elsewhere, Total Satellite was down -13.4% year-on-year to £177m.
