Vice Media Group has appointed current CFO Bruce Dixon and current CSO Hozefa Lokhandwala as co-CEOs.
The pair will succeed outgoing CEO Nancy Dubuc, who last Friday announced she would leave the company.
Dixon became Vice CFO in 2021; before joining Vice he worked as a finance director for the BBC. Lokhandwala joined Vice as its CSO in 2018; beforehand, he worked in media investment at JP Morgan.
Vice has been widely reported to be seeking a buyer. Though the digital media company was valued at $5.7bn in 2017, CNBC reports it would now likely sell for less than $1bn.
